You can relax while sipping a good drink in the light of the fireplace, which is located right in the center of the room. All seasoned with the best view of Tigullio bay, which explodes in all its beauty during sunset and in the evening hours. You will admire the switching on of the thousands of lights that Rapallo is surrounded by.

Upstairs, two other bedrooms are furnished in a simple style, with transom windows on the ceiling that allow the fresh air coming from the hills to circulate and refresh the entire house. But don't worry, when the outside temperatures rise during the summer days, with just one click you will be able to use the powerful wall-mounted air conditioner that the rooms are equipped with. The second bathroom, small but comfortable, serves the upstairs.
There are two outdoor points availlable for you and your group. The first one overlooks the Rapallo bay and is another flagship of the house; here a large umbrella cover you from the sun. In the afternoon you can relax yourself here at the best , infact the villa protect you by his shade from the warm rays of sun. The second outdoor area is located on the opposite side of the house and is a valid alternative too.
Everything is located inside the Chichizola private street, protected at its entrance by an automatic gate. Entering the property, even during the most chaotic days of the sweet life on the Riviera, you will feel like you are entering an earthly paradise that is difficult to leave on the day of departure.
Amenities inside the house include Wi-Fi, smart TV for each bedroom and TV in the living room (Amazon Prime, streaming channels), outdoor barbecue, two parking spaces, washing machine, air conditioning and safe.
