Terms of Service for Vacation Home Rental

Thank you for choosing your holiday home on our website. Please read the following terms of service carefully before confirming your booking.

Reservations and Payments:

  • The reservation is confirmed only after full payment of the rental amount.
  • In case of payment by deposit/balance, the balance must be paid within 15 days from the day of check-in. Otherwise the host reserves the right to cancel the booking and return the amount paid.
  • We accept payments via bank transfer or Paypal / Credit Card.

Cancellation Policy:

  • It is possible to cancel the reservation free of charge within 5 days from the day of check-in, within which the entire amount paid will be refunded.
  • In case of cancellation after this period, the entire amount of the rent will be withheld.
  • Cancellation requests must be sent in writing via the contacts received in the booking confirmation email, or those present on this site.

Check-in and Check-out:

  • Check-in is possible starting from 2.30 pm, while check-out must take place by 11.00 am, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Please communicate your expected arrival time at least 24 hours before check-in.

Customer Responsibilities:

  • The customer is responsible for damage caused to the property during the stay.
  • Smoking is prohibited inside the holiday home.
  • Please respect the house rules and avoid disturbing the neighbors.


  • Pets are NOT allowed.
  • We are not responsible for any accidents or injuries during your stay.
